Georges is an exceptional character, a Syrian who learned his trade at Bouchery and Comme Chez Soi. Supported by his team, he offers traditional breads cooked over a wood fire, as well as a garnish, meat such as beef, chicken or falafel, and small sausages called sodjoks, cooked at low temperature and accompanied by vegetables and fresh homemade sauces.
