In the toukouls, the traditional huts in Ethiopia, the cook places a large wooden dish in the center of the table with a mixture of preparations: vegetables, meat, sauces, fish... Everyone takes a piece of injera, this flat pancake which is to Ethiopians what bread is to Belgians, and grabs anything tempting.
