TOUKOUL
In the toukouls, the traditional huts in Ethiopia, the cook places a large wooden dish in the center of the table with a mixture of preparations: vegetables, meat, sauces, fish... Everyone takes a piece of injera, this flat pancake which is to Ethiopians what bread is to Belgians, and grabs anything tempting.
In the mouth, the palate experiences an explosion of flavors. Daniel's kitchen is an experience to try with the family on the theme "no fork, no knife". Children love it and parents teach them that eating with their hands is good for their health. At the table and Bemigibu tedeseti, as we say in Amharic.
