Vincent Denis claimed a prestigious career, starting in a Michelin starred restaurant in Lives-sur-Meuse followed by a stint as a pastry chef at the starred restaurant L'Éveil des Sens in Montigny-le-Tilleul. He then moved to Australia and worked at Ben Shewry’s Attica, one of the top 50 restaurants in the world. Denis has also won several major competitions, including a title of best chef in 2014. In addition, he participated in the Australian pastry chef of the year competition, winning the pie category prize, awarded by a jury made up of some of the most big names in the world.
